I think Romney is not giving any consideration this last two months for the need of Trump to harden his political rhetoric and policy positions in the face of a full-on attack by the leftist new majority Democrats in the house. They will be relentless. Trump is laying a rough road for them to Battle on. Most of Trump's team are not clear headed about the fight. They all want to get along. Trump must realize that to get along with the leftist Democrat agenda is a loss for the world and for America. I see his hardened fortress as a preliminary move to do Battle... Politically. Romney, of course, is genteel and old school. He would melt in the coming storm.
