Putin continues to trade soldier's lives for time in the effort toward getting the BRICS currency project up and running.  It is a race against time to build the internal and external structure to make the currency workable while the conflict in Ukraine is ongoing.  The continuing conflict keeps American sanctions alive and unites the BRICS countries in their effort to push aside the dollar as the unilateral benchmark currency.  If the conflict in Ukraine ends, the sanctions will soften and so will the resolve of Russia's BRICS partners.  

If Russia continues to be seen as being in a defensive posture protecting Russian language/Russian culture civilians in the Donbas region against Ukranian language/Ukranian culture troops, Putin will receive support from his own people and from his BRICS partners.  The US is seen as the bully in this, and the sanctions are like a burr under a horse saddle for the BRICS nations; Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa.  

As auxiliary partners, Saudi Arabia and Iran have also expressed an interest in participating in the BRICS currency once it is up and running, as well as several South American and African countries.  If Russia can hold on in a defensive position and give time for the structural interconnects of the new currency to come together, they will be in a powerful position in 2024 to come on strong in an economic way and thoroughly disrupt the US economy and European economies right at the time of the US election season. 

 Europe grows tired of the conflict and wants a negotiated way out.  If the conflict successfully extends to 2024 and Europe sees the BRICS currency coming online, Russia may succeed in fracturing NATO as Europe seeks a separate peace.  This is what Russia in gambling on, and Putin is willing to sacrifice the troops to drag this out, if he can.  

Every day progress is being made piecing together the structure for the currency, within the global central banking system, within the IMF and world bank, at the WTO, within regional and transnational banks, and through agreements being made with major transnational corporations.  

The question is, how many Russian troops can Putin sacrifice before it starts to erode his support at home?

 The 2022 World Economic Forum (WEF) was a miserable experience, especially since the working committee speech conveniently had a technical error and wasn't recorded.  Everything was polaraised with no sense of community and there were very few positive networking events where business could be conducted.  This was not what some of us envisioned when we helped to start the events in 1971.  2023 was the first time in 20 years some of the founders didn't attend the annual WEF event.  The divide creeped in starting 6 years ago, who imagined things would go this far.  

With the collapse of the MENA project and the death of free market globalism, it should have been clear there would be a turn to the dark side.  Not only have the events radicalised around the planet saving agenda, but some of us have also become more conservative and true to our faith over time.  

Some  believed for a long time that a dedicated conservative influence would quiet the more radical factions at the Forum;  This was wrong. We will see how things go at G20 in September.

Republicans should explain the socialist brilliance of the poor in America being taxed by inflation. The poor are paying 40 pct more for goods since Biden and his Democrat majority (until recently} poured new money into the economy. The initial result of the new money was to boost the banks and the stock market with valuations. The delayed result is the middle class and poor pay the taxes through inflation and the rich are richer. This explains why many large corporations now are openly liberal and socialistic in management.  The poor and ignorant supporters of the "free money" Democrats are happy to feed the rich as long as the candy falls from the sky to secure their vote.

Bumbling Biden

What is frightening to me is that at the precise moment we need strong U.S. leadership Biden waffles. Blinken has come here to portray a position of strength, which I felt he did his part, and Biden stumbles and undermines that effort.  All the players here are aware Biden is the weak link.  

This is the time the world needs someone with the negotiating skills of a Jack Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, or a Donald Trump and the endurance to be up all night and navigate the waters of subtle diplomacy at a high level. The Russians and Europeans are playing chess, Biden is playing Candyland. 

I watch in horror as Biden stumbles and it emboldens those that would like to see this end in a one-sided way. That is why we are here working on-the-ground deals to secure energy production and transfer sites (to secure owners). The damage to these facilities would be even more costly ... and would result in economic damage in both Europe and Russia if an unrestrained conflict occurs. No one wants to see a repeat of 2014. Europe and Britian can ill afford a major disruption of energy resources in this COVID filled winter.  Russia needs a diplomatic victory here to secure public opinion at home. The real prize here, besides the flow of energy, is the Sea of Azov and the ability of the Russians to have a secure port on the Black Sea for their Navy in Mariupol.

It was political gamesmanship here in the Ukraine that got people injured in 2012.

2... the early history of GENOCIDE JOE - - 

Decades back, in late 1972, South Vietnam and the United States were winning the Vietnam War decisively by every conceivable measure. That's not just my view. That was the view of our enemy, the North Vietnamese government officials.  Victory was apparent when President Nixon ordered the U.S. Air Force to bomb industrial and military targets in Hanoi, North Viet Nam's capital city, and in Haiphong, its major port city, and we would stop the bombing if the North Vietnamese would attend the Paris Peace Talks that they had left earlier. The North Vietnamese did go back to the Paris Peace talks, and we did stop the bombing as promised.

On January the 23rd, 1973, President Nixon gave a speech to the nation on primetime television announcing that the Paris Peace Accords had been initialed by the United States, South Vietnam, North Vietnam, the Viet Cong, and the Accords would be signed on the 27th. What the United States and South Vietnam received in those accords was victory.  At the White House, it was called "VV Day," "Victory in Vietnam Day."

The U.S. backed up that victory with a simple pledge within the Paris Peace Accords saying: should the South require any military hardware to defend itself against any North Vietnam aggression we would provide replacement aid to the South on a piece-by-piece, one-to-one replacement, meaning a bullet for a bullet; a helicopter for a helicopter, for all things lost -- replacement.  The advance of communist tyranny had been halted by those accords.

Then it all came apart.  And It happened this way: In August of the following year, 1974, President Nixon resigned his office as a result of what became known as "Watergate." Three months after his resignation came the November congressional elections and within them the Democrats won a landslide victory for the new Congress and many of the members used their new majority to de-fund the military aid the U.S. had promised, piece for piece, breaking the commitment that we made to the South Vietnamese in Paris to provide whatever military hardware the South Vietnamese needed in case of aggression from the North. Put simply and accurately, a majority of Democrats of the 94th Congress did not keep the word of the United States.

On April the 10th of 1975, President Gerald Ford appealed directly to those members of the congress in an evening Joint Session, televised to the nation.  In that speech he literally begged the Congress to keep the word of the United States.  But as President Ford delivered his speech, many of the members of the Congress walked out of the chamber. Many of them had an investment in America's failure in Vietnam. They had participated in demonstrations against the war for many years.  They wouldn't give the aid.  - - GENOCIDE JOE BIDEN and 94th congress included ROBERT KKK BRYD, TED CHAPPAQUIDDCK KENNEDY, GARY donna rice  HART, GEORGE MCGOVERN , HUBERT HUMPHREY

4...My opinion of Joe Biden was formulated when he chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee investigating the nomination of Clarence Thomas for the Supreme Court. At the time, I found Biden to be a horrible man and leader of a very important investigation. His lack of concern for a decent man and his approval of the disgusting made up stories about judge Thomas was abominable, evil. He is a heartless man without a moral center and I am not surprised at his lack of concern for the Afghan people or for our soldiers.
